Counselling and Psychotherapy can help with a variety of challenges. I have experience in working with anxiety, stress and trauma, as well as relationship difficulties, changes within the family, dealing with anger and other emotions, feeling lost
and bereavement.
Often people find that they want more life quality or
that important relationships in their lives are impacted by their difficulties
and want to find a way forward that feels right for them.
It may be an acute crisis or an issue that has been around a while that motivates you to visit a counsellor.

My approach is humanistic integrative/attachment informed. This means that I place an emphasis on a respectful and attuned therapeutic relationship as foundation for all therapeutic work. I integrate Gestalt, Person Centred and Existential theories and offer creative materials to help you explore and express.
I see each client as the agent in their own healing.
Together, we may explore skills to help manage an acute situation. It is also possible that it is most helpful for you if we engage in a process in which you connect deeply with yourself and become more fully who you are.
How we work is shaped by what you need.
My office is discreetly located within Castleisland Community Centre.
It is 20 minutes drive from Tralee and Abbeyfeale and 30 minutes drive from Killarney.
It has a private entrance and free parking.
I am a fully Accredited Member of the IACP and work in line with their Code of Ethics.
